From the main train station , walk down Railway Road, past Morrison’s and turn left at the traffic lights and then you are on Church Street and the Mall has several entrances.
At The Mall Blackburn parking is easy, safe and secure. We have our own car park that offers convenient access to your Mall shopping centre. It has 3 multi-storey blocks (A, B & C) with over 1,300 well-lit parking spaces. The main entrances are at Exchange Street and Church Street. There are 38 disabled and 23 family first bays located near to entrance/exit doors to The Mall shopping centre. B block is available for contract parking Monday to Friday only.
Approximately 26 spaces are available in The Mall for cyclists by one entrance of the car park.
Due to safety reasons no bikes are permitted in The Mall so please utilise these facilities.
