The number of older people with dementia is increasing both nationally and locally, said Vicky Shepherd Chief Executive of Age UK Blackburn with Darwen. We hope people will come along to these stands to find out what support is available
Blackburn with Darwen Dementia Action Alliance will be hosting 4 information stands in national Dementia Action week 2023 to raise awareness of memory loss and dementia and the support available for people living with the condition.
Wednesday 17th May 9.30am to 2pm – Blackburn Mall
Friday 19th May 9.30am to 2pm – Darwen market
Friday 19th May 9.30am to 2pm – Darwen Health centre
